"An intimate gathering of friends, music lovers and party-goers"

Information For Residents

As a family-run festival, we firmly believe in putting on an event that everyone can enjoy. That includes local residents.

Whether or not you're coming to join us at the festival this year, we hope you'll find this page contains lots of useful information for people who live around the Stourton Estate.

Free Tickets For Residents

This year, we've decided to set aside an allocation of free tickets for local residents. If we receive more applications than we have set aside tickets, then names will be drawn by random ballot.

In order to apply, you must live within 5km of the festival site and/or in one of the following villages:

How To Apply

If you'd like to join us at the festival this year, please email residents@beyondthewoods.co.uk with your name, address and the number of tickets you'd like.

You'll need to get your email in by the end of April, and there's a maximum of four tickets per address.

For more info, and the full terms and conditions of our residents' ticket scheme, please take a look at our Terms And Conditions.

Stourton Estate Residents

A separate allocation of tickets has been set aside for residents of the Stourton Estate, and we will be sending out further details via post in due course.

Residents' Mailing List

We've set up an email newsletter for local residents who are keen to be kept up to date with our latest festival news.

We hope it will contain lots of useful information - especially as we get closer to the weekend of the festial.

If you'd like to subscribe to our mailing list then please email residents@beyondthewoods.co.uk. You can, of course, unsubscribe at any time.

Weekend Contact Details

We are very keen to ensure that the festival causes minimal disruption to local residents (ideally, none).

As this year's festival approaches, we'll publish contact information, which local residents can use to get in touch if they have any questions or concerns over the course of the weekend.
